Below are a couple of links for information and pictures. The life size statues represent soldiers from 4 conflicts and what is incredible is the era-specific details to the uniforms, weapons, etc for each conflict. It is a very moving memorial, well thought out and a powerful statement.

The Michigan Chapter SAA (JJ) is on the committee that built this. As a chapter, we voted and paid for a brick and JJ arranged it for us. Attached is a picture of our contribution brick. JJ even made sure it was placed where it would not be walked upon.

a short update to let you all know what is happening down here;

Currently we are pursuing lines of operation with regards to 'meeting and greeting' key players in the biker scene down here in order to set the conditions for flying the OIMC flag down here. We have already made some excellent inroads with some key players down here to set things up.

As I am sure most of you are aware (and this conversation has been had with Taz, as our sponsoring chapter P, as well as Slingshot) - that the scene down here has some interesting, and challenging 'dynamics'......There is a very heavy Middle-Eastern presence within the majors down here and some of the key personnel within the 'Big 4' down here are from a Muslim background. We have had to do some smart strategic planning in order to navigate around this but things are happening slowly but surely.

It has been difficult for us to get together physically due to the work schedules/operational requirements of all of our membership, but rest assured we are making good progress towards our endstate of flying the Infidel flag down here with pride.

We have had a lot of success with regards to attracting quality prospects, and it will take us time to galvanise, but the desire and dedication is strong here and we will not let our Stateside brothers down.

Unfortunately our country does not share the same patriotic fervour as y'all do Stateside, particularly with regards to the respect towards Veterans and those who serve our Nation in pursuit of the freedoms from those who would see us opressed. A lot of this is to blame on the current, left-wing, communist style government who currently seem hell-bent on running this fine land of ours into the ground. New 'anti-association laws' specifically targetted towards Motorcycle clubs - both outlaw and social have presented a hurdle. That aside, we have the quality of brothers 'on the books' who share, live and breathe the Infidel ethos. We will prevail!

This may take us some time, but the work is being done to get us up and running and we will do you all, our brothers, proud.

I just wanted to take the time to give all of you a heads up in case you were wondering what the develpments were down here.
